Sara Eisen
CNBC's anchor for financial news Sara Aliza Eisen was born on August 7, 1984.
Education
Eisen was an undergraduate student at New York University and then completed her graduate studies at Northwestern University.
Career
Eisen was an anchor for Bloomberg Television host, and she later became the TV co-anchor for Bloomberg Surveillance. CNBC appointed Eisen to host Worldwide Exchange in 2013 and Squawk on the Street in 2014.
Worldwide Exchange's anchor was replaced by Brian Sullivan on March 12 in 2018. He was also was replaced by Wilfred Frost, who was the co-anchor of the show, as well as Eisen. Eisen was replaced by Sullivan in the event of Power Lunch, and Frost was added to Eisen as co-anchors of Closing Bell on November 29 of 2018. Eisen was also a co-anchor of Squawk on the street until June 22nd, 2020. She was a co-presenter of Squawk on the Street in March 2023.
